Load creation by city

Hello, 

My company contracts to a carrier and does irregular route business.  I receive money from the carrier, I do not really need the pickup and delivery company names, only the city and state.  Is there a setting I am missing here so that I am not having to enter in 2 new customers for every load I haul?
