Add, remove, and reorder Displayed info

I would love to have the ability to shift the order or the column layout. For instance, in the the planned loads page, for our company, the BOL field is used for the Order Number from the customer and we reference this constantly, but it is the last column of info. We don't have planned dates for delivery and pickup and do not use a custom order number. These fields are simply in the way.

Likewise, the ability to add information to these lists. For us, trying to meet quotas and make the most money in a day (as companies tend to do :) ) Being able to add the rate...or "FEE" into this list would help greatly.
