Adding Fuel Expense w/ Dispatcher
System doesn't allow adding fuel expense/deduction of fuel when team drivers assigned. I add a team driver so that we can have the dispatcher assigning the loads. Maybe we can figure a way to actually add the dispatcher in load and not be assigned as a team driver, in order to be able to add fuel deduction.

Any update on this? As of right now, I manually calculate my dispatchers pay so adding a dispatcher to a load would be extremely helpful so that I don't have to manually deduct a percentage out of the load booked. I know we can add a dispatcher as a “team driver” as of right now but when you do this, you're unable to assign certain expenses to the load due to their being 2 drivers on load.
