Fuel surcharge showing in gross for company driver

When doing a settlement for a company driver and showing the gross for each load, the gross includes the fuel surcharge. This makes the driver think we are not paying them to full percentage as the gross x the percentage do not equal out. For a company driver the gross should only show the flat rate.
