TRUCK ORDERED NOT USED FEATURE POSSIBILITY

I was wondering if it would be possible to include a drop down selection or standard selection to have an option to include truck ordered not used within the load/ trip section. Instead of needing to change the addresses to stay the same for mileage calculations let us keep the addresses ( for billing purposes it can be confusing if the shipper is listed as the same). It is difficult already to collect TONU and especially if all the information is non matching. My previous TMS had this function and as long as we entered “0” miles in the trip the system did not try to calculate the actual trip miles into the IFTA trips and we were able to see right away that the trip was TONU. Appreciate your input.
