broker agents/dispatchers

am a broker and I have agents under me and the only way they can add loads to the system is as a dispatcher(which they aren't), they are a broker agent which allows them to see all my loads on the dispatch page and any other future agents loads AND all the details of that load, customer, finances billing information etc.

AN AGENT SHOULD NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ANY LOADS BUT THEIR OWN(as they are not a dispatcher). I FEEL LIKE THE FREIGHT BROKER SIDE OF THIS PLATFORM IS TO GENERAL AND GEARED MORE TOWARDS THE DISPATCHER/CARRIER SIDE THAN FOR A BROKER.

Should that agent get mad at my company they could try to steal all my customers as their information is readily available, the only access I want my AGENTS TO HAVE IS TO THEIR OWN LOADS CAN YOU NOT TWEEK THE SYSTEM TO WHERE A BROKER AGENT can only see their loads as they are not a dispatcher and only tend to their own loads? I have been with you all 2 yrs and I have requested this many times before i added agents but no one ever looked at it that I am aware of, now that I have added agents I will have to find another platform to use if this can't be fixed because I can not jeopardize the integrity of my company and the customer I have worked so hard to obtain if someone decided to leave my company and steal my book of business.

Please consider this change or I will have to find another platform, could it be that hard to limit freight broker agents to access only of their loads.
