Email status
I am having problems with email status. I send email in a batch but randomly they will show as not sent. e.g. Invoices 3775 and 3779 shows nothing as if it hasn't been emailed, but 3776,3777,3778 show the green email status as sent. When I resubmit the “unsent emails” It will then show the previous date that the invoice was in fact sent. So until I send it I have no verifiable proof that the email was sent. There needs to be some sort of permanent time stamp and status of the email being sent so they are not being duplicated.

Whatever status is updated within 30 days should, in my opinion, lock and stay on that record infinitely.
I have gotten in the habit of copying myself on all emails sent from Trucking Office, so that I have a record of what date it was actually sent as long as I keep that in my email.
