    It should also automatically apply your plans to all "active" equipment, and give you the option to select only units you want to apply items too.  I was playing with it, and took a look to see what equipment was selected and it was showing me trucks that haven't been with my company in over 6 months.

    Hi Christine,

    I have checked the system and it will only show me trucks and trailers that are listed as active in an account when creating a maintenance plan.  Are you seeing something different somewhere?  Are you sure the units you have are listed as inactive the account?
