Error Removing Consignee from Dispatch

Error: Luddington, MI not found.  Would not let me edit the consignee as I misspelled the city name. When I remove the consignee to re-add, it removed the 'add consignee' button. 

I had to open a second browser window, edit the consignee then force the add dispatch to error out with no consignee in order to add it back in.
