Our drivers earn between: $850 - $1150 per week
OPTION 1 (PERCENTAGE PAY)
This option pays you a percentage of what the company is paid by the shipper to haul their load. Percentage rates start at 22% for Recent Graduates and 24% for experienced drivers. Percentage rates go as high as 29%.
This is the most popular pay option. New drivers choose it because it gives them the opportunity to rise up the pay scale regardless of seniority with the company. Experienced drivers choose it because they get a share of the gain every time FMI gets a rate increase.

For drivers who prefer to be paid based on the number of miles (ALL miles) they run, FMI offers the following:

$.36 per mile at 12 months $.39 per mile at 24 months

No record of citation or conviction for any of the violations listed below during the 60-month period prior to the order date of a MVR.
• Driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Violation of an "open container" or similar statute.
• Refusal to take a test provided for by an implied consent law.
• Reckless homicide or involuntary manslaughter.
• Operating while under suspension or revocation (Except as Listed Above).
• Leaving the scene of an accident or hit and run.
• Speed exhibitions, contests, or drag racing.
• Conviction for excessive speeding Use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony.
• Assault with a motor vehicle.
• Reckless driving, careless endangerment, or road rage.
• Operating a motor vehicle without permission of the owner.
• Fleeing or eluding a police officer.
**Excessive Speeding 15mph or greater on interstate highways whether or not acknowledged by the citation issuing state
No past pattern or record of citations or convictions for more than two (2) motor vehicle violations, (excluding those listed above in items a. through m.), during the 36-month period prior to the order date of the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) or more than two (2) citations or convictions in the past 12-month period
No past pattern or record of involvement in more than two at-fault traffic accidents while operating a motor vehicle during the 36-month period prior to the order date of the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
No past pattern or record of involvement in more than two (2) at-fault traffic accidents and no more than two motor vehicle violation during the 36-month period prior to the order date of the MVR.
No past pattern or record of involvement in more than one at-fault traffic accident and no more than one motor vehicle violations during the 36-month period prior to the order date of the MVR.
