Fuel Discount

I am entering fuel expenses and want to know how to show the pump price and the discounted price with my EFS fuel card.

This causes it to look as if I have spent more on fuel than I have, which causes my profit/loss report to be inaccurate. 

I need the pump price to show for IFTA as it wants what is on the receipt, but I’d need the discount amount to be accounted for in trucking office so that the profit/loss report is correct also.

Any suggestions?

  Why do you need the pump price for IFTA?  They only require the gallons, not the price.

  I would like to have this feature added cause you pay taxes on the pump price not the discount  price.
