Driver Settlement Export to QB

Can we get a default account setup for exporting settlements ? I is a very labor intensive process to upload these. And even a default Line Item. This things will not vary each time this task is done. Would really cut time from weekly things to do. We already have to go into QB and assign the Driver to the transaction.

  Do you have your divers set up as employees or contractors in Quickbooks?
