VEHICLE TOWED - REMOVE MILES FROM IFTA

We recently had a vehicle towed for a good distance and those miles were not traversed in a taxable manner. I wanted to remove that mileage from IFTA calculations and make note of that for future auditing purposes. Could you create a way to do this?  Currently there is only an "empty move" option.
