Add a Feature to Pay Driver by Weight

Recommend too add a feature that allows you to pay the driver by the weight of the load. Rate to the customer would be one and the rate to the driver may defer so they have to work independently.

Invoice customer by the weight of the load

Pay the driver by the weight of the load 

Rates to customer and driver will differ and the current feature of percentage doesn't work for our particular situation as that changes across contracts.
