Hiding Driver Salary

I am currently adding 2 more dispatchers to the team and noticed that they are able to see the driver percentages when adding the trip to the planned load. Dispatchers are not able to access driver settlements but can see the salary information when they are adding a trip to the planned load.  Please consider an option to block this information from dispatchers in order to keep salaries private.
