User Settlements

New Feature! On the Pro version, we now have User Settlements that allow you to create a settlement for users that are not drivers, so that they can pay and track settlements for admin staff.

On the dashboard page, click Reports, then click User Settlements. From there, click New User Settlements. Select the User from the drop down list. (if you don't have any users, you would first need to create them at the bottom of the Profile page). You can then enter the payment date, the amount, and notes, then click Create Settlement. From there, there is a PDF that can be downloaded or printed. (see below)
