Question: How do I enter trips on the Pro account?
Answer: If you are on our Pro account, you will start under the Load Planner section in the top black navigation bar. From there, you will click "add planned load". This is where you'll choose the customer, the shipper/consignee, the dates, and any fees/charges. Once you're done with this, the next step will be to click "add trip" This is where you'll select the driver, the truck, and you will select the load(s) that you want on that trip. You can also enter any fuel expenses/truck expenses in this section. It will always be a two-step process. you will add a planned load, then add a trip, then it is complete.
