Question: How do I change a Dispatch or Invoice after creating the Invoice?
Answer: When you create an Invoice, it removes the edit button on that Dispatch. This is to make sure all your information on the Dispatch matches the Invoice you created. The Invoice and the information on it is completely generated from the Dispatch.
To change the Dispatch or Invoice, you must first delete the Invoice (write down the Invoice number & date so you can use them again). To make changes you must first view the Invoice, then click the red delete button. Now you can make your changes to the Dispatch, save it and recreate the Invoice using the same Invoice number and date again.
