Working on page time-out problems

Currently we are doing a lot of work optimizing the system to reduce time-out errors.  We have received several comments from customers about these type of errors and we don't like them any more than you do.  We have made progress on this, and we are doing more work around optimizing some of the code to eliminate these errors.
