Mileage bug fix deployed

A customer reported a bug related to the mileage and routing.  If you had a previous location, a shipper, and consignee all in the same state then the mileage was not showing up on the state miles on the dispatch.  This would cause the mileage to be wrong on the IFTA report.  We fixed it and it is now working fine.  If you have any dispatches that do not show miles in the state miles then click on the update miles button from the dispatch view.
