Updates to Driver Settlement Report on Pro-Additional Pay

Good News! 

On our Pro Account, when creating the driver settlement, there is now an option to add additional pay directly onto the settlement! Once the Settlement has been created, there will be a button at the top of the page (in between the delete button and the Add Deduction button) labeled "add additional pay". Similar to the Deductions, you will enter the amount being added, the date, any memos, and the category. If the category isn't in the drop down box, you will click "create category".
