ELD Updates - More Performance Improvements

There have been 2 new code deploys recently with more performance improvements.  You should see logging in going a lot faster, and moving from screen to screen should be much smoother.

Also, some error handling around engine starts.  Some users reported that when they reconnected blue tooth it recorded engine starts even though they didn't restart the truck.  So we reworked that part of the code to handle that better.
